An extensive highly customized online store was developed for Cake Connoisseur to enable them to distribute cakes and party supplies within Sydney area. Vevo Cart platform was used as the basis for the store with many additional changes and customizations. All standard online store features are present as well as some unique additions:
- Design Your Own Cake step by step process of various cake customization options was added to the site to allow customers an ultimate flexibility of choice
- all products and content vary depending on which postcode the customer enters on the home page and whether they are home or office type customers
- St. George payment gateway was integrated for live credit card processing
- emails are automatically generated not only for store administrator but also for delivery company and fulfillment houses which puts the business into true autopilot mode
