Web based authorized returns system was developed for a large manufacturer. Stores nationwide can submit their return requests online and after admin reviews and approves them a special CLN file is compiled and sent to the courier company creating perfect paperless automated system which reduced hundreds of hours of manual labour to a few clicks online.
